The school believes that P.E is more important now than ever before with lifelong physical activity being considered essential for good health, which should not be taken for granted.

The P.E programme is planned to provide vigorous, purposeful and regular activities through which our students can experience enjoyment, well-being and achievement. P.E includes competitive and non-competitive activities, individual and group work activities and has a focus on health-related fitness.

The P.E programme lays the foundation for:

  • skill development
  • lifelong participation in selected areas of physical activity
  • positive attitudes to health and physical activity
